Ruby Tuesday in tde Villages

Food was good. Waitress was very nice. Burgers seemed to have gotten smaller. Texas Roadhouse is still the best bang for the buck

Staff wears masks creaders where masks tables are separated food is great there and the last waitress we had was very good time before that not so good but they're at they're at the top of their game

Food was cold, saw it sitting in the window for almost 10 mintues, waitress had a little attitude and they upped their prices. big disappointment.

Worst service ever at Ruby Tuesday. Won't go to that location again.

Ordered online and received a confirmation text. When my wife arrived to pick up the order it was not ready and they claimed to not have the order. When they were showed the confirmation number for the order they did not care. When proof was shown the order was made at that location and confirmed for pick up they didn't care. The staff "helping" was extremely rude. This same person was rude the previous time we ordered. I understand that things are stressful during these times, but common courtesy is appreciated. A mistake with the order is one thing, but rude behavior from the staff because of an error with their system is unacceptable. Will not be back to this location in the future. Good riddance!

I had the shrimp pasta and it was outstanding. They didn't skimp on the shrimp and the sauce was out of this world. My wife had the classic hamburger with fries and ate every bite. We'll go there again.

I like their Salad Bar its always fresh and the specials are good too , try the Pretzels Appetizer its really good

Wow, been to this location several times and the menu and food is great. Our waiter was fantastic, he remember us by name. Aaron# 1718 on receipt, was the best, his personality and attentiveness is a great asset to Ruby Tuesday. Will certainly recommend this location. Thank you!Amy Deering

Our server was Wyatt. He was great. He was friendly and polite. Four different couples and he got everyone order correct. Food was very tasty

Service is always good. You will see the manager on site. Salad bar is fresh! Food always as requested with great flavors!

We were seated right away then waited 20 minutes before A server not ours came. She took our drink order then left. Now it WASN'T busy and we get our drinks like 15 later then he disappears. Comes back and takes our order and says women first like who the F#$@ are u to tell us this. Take our order and poof. 20 minutes later another server bring our food. Our drinks are done by now and no server. Comes back as we're almost done and NOW ask do we want another drink like we want too wait 20 minutes again. BAD service. BAD BAD BAD.We tipped the guy but it should have been to the other two women servers who actually did all the work.

Went to pick up our BOGO Sunday. The chicken was very tough and chewy. I would've asked for another if we were eating in. As it was, it was a to go deal. I think I'm done with their "deals" for awhile.

Extremely delicious burgers and quality service. Definitely worth your time and money!

I go for the salad bar. It's the freshest around. The Ruby Tuesday in the Villages is the Best Ruby Tuesday's around. Other Ruby Tuesday's don't compare

Went for Valentine's dinner. Food was great. Awesome drink and food specials. I got the pork chop and it was huge and oh so tender. My husband got the steak and it was Perfect. Our Server was Fantastic. Gotta go back and try desserts.

Salad bar is the best. New York strip is the way to go if you like red meat. But the bourbon chicken is good for the lighter side. I'll take the steak any day.

One of the worst dining experience I have been thru. Waited 10 minutes for the server to come to the table, got my drink wrong and when everyone was served but me a manager who brought the food over came back and asked if I had ordered anything. After eating and table cleared waited 10 more minutes for bills which some were wrong.ze

Wife and I stopped in for a quick salad and sliders. lunch. We were NOT disappointed. Ruby Tuesdays in the Villages is always consistent with the quality and value they provide. Granted, we didn't go all out and have a large meal, but being able to grab a quick bite and go for a nice stroll around the area to walk off a nice little meal was an excellent way to spend some time.Service was decent, could have been a bit more attentive, but then again, at lunch time, at the top of season here, it was better then expected overall. Like Arnold, I"LL BE BACK!

With everything going on with the COVID-19 and restaurants trying to keep it together and serve their customers and employees, my wife and I want to tip our hat to the staff at Ruby Tuesday's in Spanish Springs Town Square, The Villages FL. Along with just reopening to certain capacities they also remembered today is Armed Forces Day and they remembered all active and veteran service members with a free burger or chicken sandwich. I take off my hat to you with great service today as it was a very busy place when we arrived. SO THANK YOU

Not a very good night for Ruby Tuesday. Dry bbq ribs and way overdone onion rings. Service was friendly, but so terribly slow. The best part of the meal was the key lime cake, delicious. Salad bar was mediocre at best. Hoping this was just a bad day,

Food service was good. Left my to go food on the table and returned back within less than 1/2 min and the table was cleaned and the cleaning person told me if I want it it’s just right on top of the garbage - disgusting! Never going back to this place.

Ordered faihita. They said they were out. ?? Ordered quesadilla instead. It was good not great. Eating with friends fun .

Food was very good, Drew was our server and did a great job. Out of pumpkin cheesecake though, and seats were a little uncomfortable, seated up by kitchen and was noisy, I would suggest to be seated away from that area. Salad bar was excellent! Update, visit 6/30/18, lunch salad bar still very good, servers excellent, crispy Shrimp VERY VERY crispy I would skip that. They offered to remake it but just was more like fast food shrimp so did not get it.Turkey Burger excellent but mushroom swiss burger was just okay. coleslaw is yucky but other people may like it. Lots of little things, seats very uncomfortable, no tartar sauce and when we asked, they were like we don't know if we have any, no bags for take home leftovers, pen for credit card signing didn't work could not get anyone to bring another so had find one ourselves. Nothing big but lots of little things. Won't rush to go back.

I always love going to Tuesdays. Had the hot Texas dry rub ribs last night. They were amazing. And had a pretty good kick to them too. Will definitely be back.

Excellent service and the food was amazing. Love the salad bar here. One couldnt ask for more. Oir wait time was super short, roughly 10 mins or less on our entrees. Even though these folks were short staffed we wanted for nothing.

Never disappointed here! Friendly, efficient service and LOVE the salad bar. It's always super fresh and the staff is constantly refilling containers and cleaning up spills. It also contains things you don't find on most salad bars like corn kernels, apple chunks, artichoke hearts, dried cranberries and wasabi peas 🤗 Try the unsweetened fruit teas, they are so good and refreshing. We really should stop here more often.

Love the BOGO coupons, makes a great date night for my husband and I. We love the Asiago peppercorn filet and fried shrimp along with the salad bar.
